FairBill uses artificial intelligence to analyze bills, invoices, and medical statements you upload. We flag potential overcharges, billing errors, and above-market pricing, and we generate dispute letter templates to assist you.
FairBill provides informational analysis only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Analysis results are AI-generated and may contain errors. Always independently verify findings before taking action or making financial decisions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FairBill. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of any bills or documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant FairBill a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your bill content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANALYSIS RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAIRBILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON ANALYSIS RESULTS OR DISPUTE OUTCOMES.
You agree to indemnify and hold FairBill harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FairBill at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of FairBill after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
